Welcome to our online feature postcard

Where would you be standing to get this view?

The main landmark here is obviously the church, but this a view we can no longer see.  To give you a clue, the white building on the far left is the back of Cotterlings (the last house in West Street) so this photograph must have been taken from somewhere in the fields between Clayton Road and West Street.  Looking carefully can you pick out the old vicarage (now St Margaret's), the distinctive asymmetric roof line of Wings Place and the lettering for the White Horse?
